Week 1 · See where your money goes

  • List every regular bill and subscription from last month’s statements.
  • Fill in "Actual" for the last 30 days and check your needs / wants / savings split. How →
  • Cancel one subscription you no longer use.

Week 2 · Build a safety net

  • Open a separate high-yield savings account for emergencies. How →
  • Set an automatic transfer on payday, even a small one.
  • Work out your target: three to six months of essential costs. How →

Week 3 · Deal with debt and credit
